Leaders' Ministry
Pastor Victor L. Harkins, Sr., has been pastor of the Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church for 17 years. He is a man who follows after God's heart, as he faithfully serves as shepherd the SGMBC flock. Pastor Harkins strongly believes in "Effective Leadership."
