The Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church has been in the process of utilizing the MIM (Members InReach Ministry.) This Ministry was birthed through the mind of God, by way of Pastor Victor L. Harkins, Sr, in 2006. MIM is designed to locate ALL members with an association to Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church. This Ministry is very important and is an Evangelism tool, to make  Spiritual and physical contact with members to come together to get to know one another as well as the Pastor. Each Family or individual will have a MIM Leader as their person of contact, fellowship, and union, under the direction of the Pastor. 

MIM gives us the opportunity to prepare and equip our members with Christ-centered, Faith-based knowledge, in order to be ready, willing and able to bring others closer to the Christ. Knowledge is Power, how can we reach out to others if we, ourselves are not "rooted & grounded," in the Faith. Therefore, We must be taught.
